Private Residence

A concept design for an empty section with the constraint of a storm water pipe located through the middle of the section requiring a compact solution. The outcome is a split-level pavilion design consisting of living and bedroom wings with a central entry.  The exterior is a combination of timber and standing seam metal with timber battens wrapping over the structure creating strong uniformity to the structure.
